Leasing & Applications

You can get an application on our website, email us, call us, or we can mail you one.

Complete all items on the application and do not leave anything blank. Write N/A if something does not apply to you.

Once we receive your completed application, we will reach out for more verification (income, IDs, etc). We then run a rental screening and criminal screening. The entire process can take as less as a couple days.

If there is a vacant unit available, we can give you a tour before applying. Call the office at 617-569-2934 to schedule a tour.

Rent & Fees

Check, money order, bank check, or online at RentPayment.com  You can also set up an auto-pay with RentPayment

1st of the month, no later than the 5th

Heat and Water are included. Residents must pay for Electricity

Parking is avaialble for a fee. Contact management office for more information on price and availability.

Maintenance

Calling the office, email, or submitting a work order online

Call the office number at 617-569-2934 and follow the prompts for a maintenance emergency

Yes, we have maintenance on call 24/7

No, you do not have to be home. Please let us know if we can enter your home to do a repair when you are not home.

Apartments & Appliances

Heating is included. Tenants pay for electricity / AC. AC is not provided by management

Move-In/Move-Out

Put electricity in your name, have move in costs ready

You cannot move in until on or after your lease start date.

Provide at least 60 days written notice before the end of your current lease term.

Provide the management office with a forwarding address. After you move out, you will receive your security deposit (minus any damages or unpaid rent) in under 30 days.

No subletting is allowed. If you want to move out, we require at least 60 days written notice by the end of your lease term.
